Matrix staff and associates work independently all around Australia, consulting to non-profit organisations within our established framework of support.

Our team works alongside people at all levels in organisations, helping them to learn, build capacity and address the challenges of making a difference to communities.

Our door is open to anyone who is self-driven, motivated by completing projects, excels at project-based work and enjoys collaboration.

We are looking to grow our pool of skilled, value-aligned consulting associates - the ‘Web of Consultants’ - so that we can increase the scope and range of our work.  We need more skilled hands on deck!
