The Board Review Survey
The Board Review (survey only) provides useful insights into individual and board capabilities, including compliance, governance, risk and strategy. The survey-only option is best suited to organisations who are looking to take the first step in evaluating the board and exploring improvement opportunities.
What you get:
A comprehensive online survey for your directors to complete (takes about 20 minutes).
Administration, emails and reminders about the survey.
A one-hour discussion with one of our expert consultants on the findings of the survey.
A detailed report on the findings and our recommendations.
How it works:
Preparation: You provide us with contact email addresses for participating Board members, and we agree on project dates.
The Survey: Board members complete the survey online by the close date. We will send reminders!
Analysis: We analyse and interpret the responses and prepare a detailed report.
Presentation: Our consultant will lead you through a 1 hour discussion (by phone or online) of the results, including a summary of findings and recommendations for action. We deliver the Board Review Report for you to discuss and identify your own plans for change.
Workshop Add-On ($2,950 + GST)
If after completing the survey, you decide that you would like our assistance in developing a plan, then you can still arrange a workshop later (the cost is slightly higher).
We will be happy to schedule a workshop at a time to suit your Board (we work weekends and evenings when needed).
