Sally and Matrix Consulting did a great job in assisting FBA to build our networks with indigenous groups in our region, as an entry point to work together to undertake contemporary natural resource and cultural heritage management projects.

Matrix Consulting ‘rolled up their sleeves’ to create a way that worked and kept the project moving forward even when affected by competing FBA activities or when the pathway needed to change on multiple occasions.

The end result was an excellent in-house resource and a facilitated workshop that greatly increased our team’s confidence and understanding of processes and protocols in interacting with indigenous groups.
