“We have a large team of volunteers and we were looking for help to streamline our volunteer recruiting and training processes. We receive high volumes of interest in our volunteer roles, but it was taking 6-8 months to get people onboard and trained. The drop out rate was very high, as was our investment in the process.

With Matrix’s help we were able to design a process that will significantly reduce this time, improve the diversity of our volunteer cohort and support the culture we want to foster in our organisation.
