Jenny Holliday

General Manager, VICTORIA

Jenny has been involved in the sporting and non profit industries for over 20 years, serving on a number of boards as well as being the CEO for an environmental charity.
Jenny was the Executive Director of the Victorian Olympic Council and most recently a Director at the Australian Sports Commission. Formerly Jenny has been a program manager at Ernst & Young and was a professional softball player in Japan.
In her spare time Jenny still plays softball as well as volleyball and her key project at home is making the family farm self-sufficient.

Michael McGann

Michael McGann – Senior Project Manager
Michael’s most recent background is in the financial services industry where he worked with financial planners who owned and operated small to medium sized businesses within that sector. He is particularly interested in the impact of an organisations culture on it’s ability to achieve its ambitions and this interest lead him to complete a Masters of Applied Science (Organisation Dynamics).
Michael’s idea of relaxing is catching up with friends, trawling second hand stores and finding new music to listen to.

Nuala Dent

Senior Project Manager

Nuala has a background in leadership and management development, as well as knowledge and skills in organisational development, program management, training and facilitation. Nuala is currently enrolled in a Master of Applied Science (Organisation Dynamics) at RMIT University and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Nuala works collaboratively with organisations to harness opportunity and build capacity.
Nuala enjoys spending time with her family, tennis, pilates, is a voracious reader and is addicted to Sudoku.

Natalie Egleton (Nat is on parental leave, returning July 2012)

Senior Project Manager

Natalie has a background in marketing, communications, fundraising and organisation development in the non-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (applied public policy & research/public relations) and a Graduate Diploma in Organisation Dynamics. Natalie is passionate about the riches that come from working collaboratively with organisations to harness and build on their strengths and capacities.
Natalie finds relaxation in the outdoors with her family and dogs…a good coffee and crossword will also do the trick.

Tom Coller

Client Manager

Tom spent his childhood in rural Alexandra, and maintains strong involvement in his family farming enterprise. His concerns about rural development, as well as exposure to conditions in developing countries sparked his interest in financial services for the community sector, and inspired him to move from the corporate sector to Matrix, where he is fast finding his feet and learning the nuances of the non-profit sector. He is about to become a dad at the end of June and likes to keep fit.
Tom is a keen cyclist, and joins the team of two wheelers in the Melbourne office.

Christine Wagener

Assistant Accountant

Chris brings to Matrix an extensive background and experience from the Corporate sector. With her exposure to many different accounting systems, as well as a wealth of experience from within the music, medical, legal and banking industries ensures that Chris’s diverse skills are utilised daily. Chris enjoys meeting and helping people.
Chris utilises her spare time to sew and raise money for various charities from within the Fraternal Orders she belongs to as well as spending quality time with her family.

Diana Yu

Assistant Accountant

As a CPA qualified accountant, Diana has extensive experience in all phases of accounting including financial and management accounting, preparing the set of accounts for partnerships, trusts, companies and non-profits. She has previously worked in a number of accounting roles in finance, telecommunication and chemical sectors.
Diana has an accounting degree and is a member of CPA Australia.
Diana is keen on singing and dancing and currently likes listening to Shakira.

Sarah McFarlane (Sarah is on parental leave, returning April 2012)

Client Manager/Trainer

Sarah is passionate about working with people and has a positive approach to the financial management of non-profit organisations. Prior to working with Matrix, Sarah was a Financial Accountant within the health sector and has spent the majority of her career in finance departments including five years in the non-profit sector. Sarah’s other passion is building knowledge in the financial capacity of individuals and organisations through training. Sarah specialises in delivering training to the non-profit sector in the areas of: understanding finances and reading financial statements.
