Nerida Nettelbeck
Managing Director for Victoria and the NT
Nerida has held senior management positions in a range of not for profit organisations over 16 years in both local and international context. Nerida holds quals in both Accounting and Organisation Development and believes that by having sound financial information boards, CEO’s and managers can maximise the outcomes for their constituents. Nerida’s strengths lie in business planning and managing the tension between social and financial objectives.

Natalie Egleton
Senior Project Manager Capacity Building Services – Melbourne
Natalie has a background in marketing, fundraising and management in the non-profit and corporate sectors, most recently working in the youth services field where she managed projects including a sustainable funding strategy, a re-branding strategy and a feasibility study for a service expansion. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Social Science (public policy & research/public relations) and is in the process of completing a Graduate Diploma in Organisation Dynamics. Natalie is passionate about the non-profit sector’s capacity to innovate and lead the way in best practice management standards.
(In her spare time, Natalie tries her hand at painting and tennis and is obsessed with crosswords- one day she hopes to get a cryptic out!)
Chelsea Briggs
Bookkeeper – Melbourne
Chelsea is a trainee bookkeeper, who is currently undertaking a traineeship in ‘Financial Services’ specialising in accounting. She has undertaken a MYOB and MYOB Payroll course. Chelsea has a number of fast paced clients around Melbourne and is excited to be part of the expanding Melbourne team.
(Chelsea likes spending time with friends, visiting family down by the Mornington peninsula, trying new food and wine, and sports, playing sport that is, not watching it!)
Fiona Cullinan
Management Accountant – Melbourne
Fiona holds a degree in Business and Commerce (Accounting and Business Law) and is studying toward her CPA qualification. She has a background in Management Accounting in a not-for-profit organisation, focusing on budgeting and reporting for boards and management use. She also has experience in Business Services advising small to medium sized clients.
(Fiona enjoys music, photography, friends and holidaying, and loves it when she can combine them all into a great weekend away)

Eddie McFall
Management Accountant – Melbourne
Eddie has a finance background gained in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. His experience encompasses management accounting, financial training and coaching, and project management. He believes that finance teams need to be progressive and that by aiming beyond processing and reporting, the finance function can add real value to an organisation and its decision-making. He is a Board member of an established Melbourne based NFP organisation and Secretary of men’s community group in Victoria. Eddie holds qualifications in business & finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Naida Beltrame
Management Accountant – Melbourne
Naida is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and holds qualifications in Commerce and Science. Naida has experience in financial management, training and taxation matters income tax, GST and FBT reporting after eight years in the ‘Big 4’ chartered accounting firm environment. In addition, Naida has experience in grant writing and ensuring organisations access relevant funding opportunities in a number of industry sectors, which has often involved the preparation of a competitive and comprehensive business plan. Naida has advised a diverse client base that has included large multinationals, small-to-medium enterprises, start-ups and non-profit organisations, including sporting and community organisations.

Stephanie Li
Bookkeeper – Melbourne
Stephanie is an Associated Member of CPA. She has several years accounting experience in not-for-profit sector and public practice. She holds a Master Degree in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Management.

Belinda Wallin
General Manager – Melbourne
Belinda has spent the majority of her career in the corporate sector, most recently managing partnerships between a large bank and a number of not-for-profit organisations to deliver Financial Literacy education to the most vulnerable members of the community. Belinda has a background in cultural change, training & development and project management. Belinda is passionate about empowering organisations, staff and individuals to unleash the potential within.
Barbara Huggins
Senior Project Manager Capacity Building Services – Melbourne
Barbara has over 25 years experience in the human services sector and holds a Master of Education (Management & Leadership) and Diploma of Youth Work from RMIT University. Barbara specialises in working with Boards of Governance and Advisory Committees and has facilitated a number of strategic planning processes to develop capacity in governance practices to help strengthen organisations. In addition to this Barbara has many years practical experience in community service positions within community organisations and local governments in; housing, youth work, Indigenous services, community health and safety.
