Nerida holds quals in both Accounting and Organisation Development and believes that by having sound financial information boards, CEO’s and managers can maximise the outcomes for their constituents. Nerida’s strengths lie in business planning and managing the tension between social and financial objectives.
Not content with one Westie in her life, she now has two.

Barbara has over 25 years experience in the human services sector and holds a Master of Education (Management & Leadership) and Diploma of Youth Work. Barbara specialises in working with Boards of Governance and Advisory Committees and has facilitated a number of strategic planning processes to develop capacity in governance practices.
Music feeds Barbara’s soul as do her rescued puppies, Missy and Kirby.

Eddie McFall

Eddie has a finance background gained in both the corporate and non-profit sectors and has experience in management accounting, financial training and coaching and project management. He is a Board member of an established Melbourne based NFP organisation and Secretary of a men’s community group in Victoria.
Eddie holds qualifications in business & finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Kerry Atkins

Kerry has spent the last three years with Oxfam Australia, where she worked across a range of financial management issues. Kerry has also worked with a state government treasury department. She also has experience working with small non-profit community organisations in a financial capacity Kerry holds a bachelors degree in Applied Science Social Ecology, majoring in Community Development and Organisational Change, as well as a Master of Professional Accounting degree.
Kerry is currently undertaking the CPA Program.

Lay Chein has recently returned to work after taking some time off to start a family. Lay Chein has over 5 years experience in the commercial sector and is excited about branching into new territory by contributing to the non-profit sector with Matrix on Board. Lay Chein is an associate member of CPA Australia.
Lay Chein spends her spare time chasing after her gorgeous toddler!

Naida Beltrame

Naida is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and holds qualifications in Commerce and Science. She has experience in financial management, training, taxation and grant writing. Naida has advised a diverse client base that has included large multinationals, small-to-medium enterprises, start-ups and non-profit organisations, including sporting and community organisations.
Naida believes the world is always a better place after a good cup of coffee.

Natalie Egleton

Senior Project Manager, Management Support Services

Natalie has a background in marketing, communications, fundraising and organisation development in the non-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (applied public policy & research/public relations) and a Graduate Diploma in Organisation Dynamics. Natalie is passionate about the riches that come from working collaboratively with organisations to harness and build on their strengths and capacities.
Natalie finds relaxation in the outdoors with her family and dogs…a good coffee and crossword will also do the trick.

Nuala Dent

Nuala has a background in leadership and management development, as well as knowledge and skills in organisational development, program management, training and facilitation. Nuala is currently enrolled in a Master of Applied Science (Organisation Dynamics) at RMIT University and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Nuala works collaboratively with organisations to harness opportunity and build capacity.
Nuala enjoys spending time with her family, tennis, pilates, is a voracious reader and is addicted to Sudoku.

Marcelle Kleeven

Marcelle has many years experience in the corporate sector, specifically in the area of learning and cultural change. Marcelle has held many varied roles including that of administrator, event manager, personal assistant and more recently as a learning and development advisor. She enjoys working collaboratively with her colleagues, and contributing to the smooth operation of the Melbourne office.
Marcelle enjoys spending time with family, is a doting grandmother, and an enthusiastic water-skier.
