Bruce moved to Cairns from the Gold Coast two years ago and hasn’t looked back. He has worked in the Torres Straits and the Cape with an Indigenous organisation and has recently joined Matrix on Board. Bruce has owned and operated a personal development company, conducting workshops, large seminars and training for various organisations.
Bruce enjoys the lifestyle in Cairns with the beautiful tropics, the lovely mountain ranges and great weather.

Alicia is originally from Tasmania. After completing a secondment with Westpac in Cape York she decided to move up north and took up a position in the Money Management area. This position provided her with job satisfaction beyond her expectations. Alicia is passionate about Indigenous culture and is always wanting to learn more about traditions and languages.
Alicia loves to go camping and fishing in her spare time.
