    For the past 10 years Bruce has been working with for profit and non-profit organisations. Bruce moved to Cairns from the Gold Coast just over two years ago and has not looked back, he initially moved to Cairns to be the State Manager of Job Network and then he proceeded to work in the Torres Straits and the Cape with an Indigenous organisation and then made the ideal change to Matrix on Board. Bruce has also owned and operated his own personal development company in which he conducted work shops, large seminars and training. He still has a great passion for this area of work.

    Alicia is originally from Launceston Tasmania. After completing a secondment with Westpac in Cape York she decided to make the big move up north and took up a position in the Money Management area. This position provided her with job satisfaction beyond her expectations. Alicia was looking for a job where she could use the knowledge she gained from her 3 years in Indigenous Money Management and this is where Matrix on Board came into the picture. Alicia is passionate about Indigenous culture and is always wanting to learn more about traditions and languages.
    (Alicia loves to go camping and fishing in her spare time)
