Team Leader Financial Management Resource Support Unit – Broome
Rowena has ten years of experience working in the Kimberley in Indigenous and other community organisations, with financial inclusion and homelessness being her main focus for the past few years. Working at Matrix on Board is providing her with a great opportunity to work across the whole region and to build up the financial literacy sector. In the past, she lectured at Kimberley Tafe and Notre Dame University and is enjoying returning to training.

Siena Balakrishnan
Client Manager Financial Management Resource Support Unit – Broome
Siena has been working in community cultural development since 2002; in the UK at a not-for-profit arts organisation and in Perth and Sydney for the government. Her skills include project management, marketing and exploring new models of working accessibly and inclusively with Indigenous communities and people with disabilities. Siena has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing and public relations and enjoys putting what she’s learnt into proactice in a fun and creative way.
(Excited by the wet season, Siena is waiting for her first tropical cyclone – eek!)
