Staff changes cause difficulties to organisations of all sizes, but when a six-person operation looses its bookkeeper it can cause a great deal of stress. FamS are passionate about families, not balance sheets, and replacing their bookkeeper presented both a challenge and an opportunity.

Matrix performed a Service Evaluation examining all aspects of their capacity to deliver services, including strategies, organisational structure, culture, infrastructure and human resources.
