I have recently been speaking to Coffs Harbour Homestart & Coffs Harbour Accommodation Brokerage Service who were very pleased with some training their officers attended which you facilitated. I think it was Understanding Financial Statements. Their workers spoke at length about how material which they expected to be pretty 'dry' had been presented in a really interesting & accessible way. They described you as an extraordinary trainer. They said it was one of the best, and most useful courses they had attended.

As a teacher & trainer, I became used to receiving feedback when people had a gripe, but people do not often pass on good comments. People are obviously enjoying this course. (I know I did), and I wanted to pass on the positive remarks.

On a personal note I enjoyed the training very much, you are a very clear presenter which works well for me. The management committee meeting after the training was even more professional than ever and Michelle the service coordinator is putting together full info packs (in binder form) for each member of the committee so that all rights and responsibilites etc are clear. This will also have space for us to keep our minutes and financial reports in as well so that we have them with us at each meeting.
