We are looking to expand our Financial Management Team and require a Client Manager who will be responsible for building, managing and supporting the relationships Matrix has with our existing NFP Financial Management Services’ clients. For selected clients the Client Manager will be required to act as the Finance Manager.

    Morri has been working with government and community not-for-profits for 25 years. His strengths are project management, strategic planning and innovative solutions to organisational issues. He encourages not-for-profits to achieve at the highest level, for real client outcomes through the efficient use of resources and the engagement of people who will make a contribution.

  • Nerida Nettelbeck
    Director - Melbourne
    Nerida has held senior management positions in a range of not for profit organisations over 16 years in both local and international context. Nerida holds quals in both Accounting and Organisation Development and believes that by having sound financial information boards, CEO's and managers can maximise the outcomes for their constituents. Nerida's strengths lie in business planning and managing the tension between social and financial objectives.

  • Vicki Harding
    Manager Organisation Development - NSW
    Vicki has experience managing a variety of community organisations, training, assessing and publication production. The work in which Vicki has been recently involved also includes facilitating community consultations and not-for-profit organisation program evaluations.

  • Lisa Dive
    Client Manager Organisation Development

    Lisa has an academic background but has worked in the not-for-profit sector since 2002. She worked in the addictions field in British Columbia, Canada on a range of projects including a strategic planning framework for the sector and various information and research oriented projects. She now works at Matrix on Board in our organisation development division, bringing to her work a passion for supporting not-for-profits, clear thinking and strong communication skills.

  • Meryem Ali
    Administrator
    Meryem has a background in the welfare sector with a particular focus on crisis domestic violence support work. Serendipity lead her to the position at Matrix where she hopes to make a contribution to create positive change in the sector.

  • Alex Cowell
    Client Manager Financial Management Services
    Alex has a background in business, with strengths in financial management. His last ‘serious job’ (he jokes) was in small to medium business banking. He has always had a strong social conscience, and exercised this in 2006 working for an NGO in Guatemala. From this experience he learnt a lot about life, but also how to speak conversational Spanish (‘que bueno!’).

    Alex is passionate about coffee, and has quickly converted Matrix on Board’s office into a ‘specialty coffee house’. He loves playing and watching AFL on the weekends.
  • Natalie Robbins
    Client Manager Organisation Development – Melbourne
    Natalie has a background in marketing, fundraising and management in the non-profit and corporate sectors, most recently working in the youth services field where she managed projects including a sustainable funding strategy, a re-branding strategy and a feasibility study for a service expansion. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Social Science (public policy & research/public relations) and is passionate about the non-profit sector's capacity to innovate and lead the way in best practice management standards.

    In her spare time, Natalie tries her hand at painting and tennis and is obsessed with crosswords- one day she hopes to get a cryptic out!
  • Eddie McFall
    Management Accountant - Melbourne
    Eddie has a finance background gained in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. His experience encompasses management accounting, financial training and coaching, and project management. He believes that finance teams need to be progressive and that by aiming beyond processing and reporting, the finance function can add real value to an organisation and its decision-making. He is a Board member of an established Melbourne based NFP organisation and Secretary of men's community group in Victoria. Eddie holds qualifications in business & finance and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
  • Sony Bonang
    Bookkeeper
    Sony holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree (Major in Accountancy). With extensive accounting experience and outstanding MYOB skills, he has been providing high quality financial management services to all of his clients.

  • Nonie Wales
    Director

    Nonie has worked in administration and project management roles in not-for-profit organisations in NSW and the Northern Territory for 18 years. Nonie has a background in adult education and sociology, and is fascinated by the different ways social systems interact with infrastructure systems in organisations.

    Nonie is committed to creating positive and productive work environments that achieve satisfaction – and outcomes – for clients and workers. Nonie’s strengths are reflective listening and communication, and translating aspirations into plans.

  • Greg McKay
    Manager Financial Management Services
    Greg has been involved in developing and maintaining major finance projects in professional services, property, banking and not for profit organisations for over 25 years and understands the importance of explaining and presenting complex financial information to non-financial executives.
    He has specific expertise in areas such as management reporting, MYOB, budget model development, project management and client analysis.

    On weekends, Greg turns into an AFL and netball coach for his daughters and gets away from it all in summer with his kayak.
  • Jodie Little
    Manager Corporate Services
    Jodie is a senior member of the team responsible for implementing strategy around improving our internal systems and the way we work with our clients. Jodie has a strong background in HR and in administration in NFPs, most recently coming from the health and HIV service sector.
  • Hasan Chowdhury
    Project Officer, Reporting
    Hasan is passionate about working at Matrix on Board and holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and Chemical Engineering. His outstanding skills in financial reporting software and MYOB enhanced tracking and accounting tools have helped to improve our financial reporting services. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

    Bookkeeper
    Elsa is an exceptional bookkeeper who has become part of the team at a number of our important clients. Elsa has successfully integrated her proficient practice into the workflows around our clients. Her work tends to be in highly active clients whose staff are always on the go.

    Client Manager
    Andrew Edwards is a Client Manager and is part of the delivery team for the Preschool Investment Reform Plan (PIRP) Service Analysis & Business Development Support project. Andrew has a strong community development background, having worked on projects in leadership and development with disadvantaged young people.
  • Yani Ginting
    Bookkeeper
    Yani has a strong background in accounting. She is an experienced bookkeeper with over five years experience in working in different community organisations. She supports our bookkeeping team with her proficient practice, experience and innovative solutions.

  • Mi-Tsu Nheu
    Management Accountant
    Mi-Tsu has extensive experience in both the financial and management accounting fields having previously worked in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She is committed to initiating and implementing procedural improvements and quality service delivery. Mi-Tsu has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accountancy major) and is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia.

    Indra has over 8 years experience working in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. His corporate experience encompasses the finance, property and hospitality sectors. Indra brings strong skills in management accounting, financial analysis, governance and financial reporting. Indra is committed to working in the not-for-profit sectors utilising his skills to achieve client satisfaction.
