A workshop for managers who have the basics of financial management (either qualified or have done previous training) and who want to drill deeper into the financial management of their organisation.
This Enhanced Financial Management training workshop provides additional information to the Level One workshop series, with practical examples and the opportunity to work through individual workplace solutions. The workshop will address:
