Online Workshops Coffee, Sandwich, Cocoa

Matrix on Board has been providing financial literacy and governance training to not-for-profit organisations for over 3 years. We have delivered hundreds of workshops to about 2,500 managers, administrators and management committees, in workshops around NSW and around the country.

While this face-to-face training has been very well received, and continues to be in high demand, we know there is a significant number of people who cannot easily access this training. If people are home or office bound, remote to face-to-face training locations, or have substantial time constraints, we believe that these should not be insurmountable barriers to access training.
we can now work with people who can't easily travel to central venues
Matrix is committed to enhancing the financial and management skills of not-for-profit decision-makers because we fundamentally believe that if managers and management committees understand the financial life of their organisation then they will be much better placed to take control of the destiny of their services, and the decisions they make for clients, for staff and for communities will be better informed decisions.

By offering training through an online environment, we can now work with people who can't easily travel to central venues because of distance, or are home or work bound, and because the workshops are a series of short sessions, then they can be undertaken by people with significant scheduling issues such as management committee members and volunteers, part-time staff, or staff who are simply too busy to get away from the office.
