Matrix On Board has the aims of:
  • providing not for profit organisations with infrastructure and ‘back office’ support;

  • tailoring and implementing project management and ‘systems support’ for organisations in the areas of administration, financial management, and business planning.

  • identifying and supporting organisations to implement change that will improve efficiency and accountability.

We seek to 'stand beside' decision-makers, as supporters and information providers. Our mantra is that 'Good Information informs Good Decisions'. We know that people will still make poor decisions with good information, but they will rarely make good decisions with poor information. We are that resource through the planning, monitoring and review cycles of management.

Ideally we start with developing the Business Plan and Budget, which sets out the goals and aspirations of the year ahead.

Our Accounting Practitioners and Bookkeepers then manage the financials, providing high-level reports each month to monitor the plan.

And then we review the organisation's progress, always offering Good Information to Decision-Makers.

Our Event Management, and our Organisational Development services are designed to stand alongside decision-makers.

We have a focused and pro-active mission.

Since establishment, Matrix On Board has worked with a significant number of non-profit, commercial and government organisations.

For each project, Matrix On Board assesses the particular needs of each organisation and the skills required for completion of the project. The Matrix On Board team has a wide range of skills and will enhance our resources where necessary, in order to ensure organisations receive a high standard of service.

Feedback from clients attest to the attainment of this goal (As part of our continuous improvement process, we regularly and independently survey our clients.) Clients include national non-profit organisations, local community-based organisations and State government departments.
