How much do your services cost?
We tailor every solution based on our client agreements. The cost of our services depends on how helpful our clients want us to be and we provide our qualifications and skills on a time basis. The more time our clients need, the more it costs.
Our services are based on:
- Does the client want to use Bookkeeper in a Box, place our bookkeeper on-site, or work with their bookkeeper to manage their reporting, accruals, tax compliance, budget and audit
- Costs determined by the number of staff on payroll, number of cost centres, acquittal and audit demands and frequency of budget reviews
- Estimated number of days we dedicate to a project – often a day rate fee
- How many people are attending our training, the duration of the workshop and where it is located.
Am I locked in to a contract?
The financial management services are usually provided on a one year agreement which sets out the terms and conditions. However, if you’re not completely satisfied there are opting out clauses available. In our project work, our agreement is to deliver the proposal as quoted on and for the client to pay invoices as agreed.
Are you qualified?
We have experienced bookkeepers who are assessed prior to appointment and have solid backgrounds in bookkeeping, project management, accounting and knowledge of the NP sector. We have an MYOB Certified Consultant and a CPA Certified Accountant on the team and our senior consultants are all experienced project managers who have worked across the NP sector in child and family services, health, Indigenous issues, and with refugees and the arts.
Do you make mistakes?
Yes we make mistakes. Despite many years of doing what we do, and using quality assurance systems to check for errors, we sometimes can make a mistake. Our guarantee to you is our promise to repair the error as quickly as possible.
What if I need to make a complaint?
We want our service to continually improve with every project we do so we invite your complaints and feedback. If things do go wrong for any reason, or we are not meeting your expectations, we want to know about it.
