DADHC financial managment training
In 2008, Matrix on Board was invited to work with the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) on delivering a range of workshops to assist funded services to better understand accounting applications and financials. These 16 DADHC funded workshops were specifically designed to enhance the financial literacy skills of managers in small to medium non-government organisations and were delivered to over 350 NSW participants.
We designed, organised and delivered an online training version of the financial literacy training, which reached remotely located, or office and home bound staff. The format of the training was ‘live on line’, providing close support and real learning through quality relationships with the presenter and the colleagues.
