Curently, our main service is the MSO Subscriber Service – a website providing resources, downloadable tools and templates, self directed training programs, organisational development programs and a confidential advice service.
Visit the site and watch out for the imminent release of their Standards and Performance Pathway service.
Strategic Grants
Strategic Grants (www.strategicgrants.com.au) is a boutique consulting firm which helps charities raise funds specifically through the acquisition of grants from both philanthropic and government sources.
Strategic Grants is about fundraising through grants. Therefore, regular reviews take place to monitor performance against budget targets to ensure appropriate fundraising cost-profit ratios are being adhered to. While they cannot of course guarantee successful outcomes, they can ensure that effective grants processes have been implemented to best position an organisation in competitive funding rounds. They spend quite a bit of time at the beginning of the grant application process to ensure an organisation is accurately researching and applying for the grants which will support their mission, thereby improving the alignment between applicant and grant maker.
We are delighted to partner with Jo Garner and her team at Strategic Grants.
